Kase; his children, Christina Allison (Randy), Lynn Kase, Tiffany Kowalk (DJ), James Kase and Daniel Kase; his grandsons, Zowie Beha, Eann Spotts and Robert Kase; his siblings, Wesley Kase and Sue "Juanita" Kase (James Brundirks); his mother-in-law Elizabeth Jo Riggs; and his former wife Pamela Shinn.
