He was predeceased by: his parents, Irwin Stegmier and Elsa Stegmier (Geisendorfer); his daughter Kathy Crothers; and his siblings, Betty, Susie and George.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Stegmier; his brother Jack Stegmeier (Pat); his children, Steve Stegmeier (Lynda), Amy Schulz (Dave) and Ginger Stegmier (Craig Shatney); his son-in-law Jack Crothers; his grandchildren, Adam Gordon (Tami), Lisa Gordon and Joshua Stegmeier; and his great grandchildren, Tony Zarbeck (Lea), Lucas Zarbeck, Adah Gordon, Aeris Shillington and Willow Bush. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and dear friends.
