She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert VanPutten and Christina VanPutten; her siblings, Alice Ritter (Charles), Gertrude Steffens (Edwin), Jacob VanPutten (Patty) and Herbert VanPutten; her in-laws, Norinee Elkins (Ardie), Elaine Smith (Elmer) and Charles Norman (Katie); her husband Herk Norman; and her son Tom Norman.
She is survived by: her daughter Patty Norman; her son-in-law David Baumgartner M. D.; and her sister-in-law Bonnie VanPutten. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Rockford United Methodist Church.
