He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Perez and Kristin Perez (Opperman); his siblings, Anna, Kaelynn, Molly, Tia, Haley, Ivan and Nolan Perez; and his grandparents, Peter, Sharon Perez, Janis and Ivan Opperman. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
