He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann O'Sullivan; his sons, Ronald, Kenneth and Christopher O'Sullivan; his grandchildren, Zack O'Sullivan, Kelsey O'Sullivan, Rory O'Sullivan and Finn O'Sullivan; his sister Maureen Walsh; and his brother-in-law Jim Walsh.
