He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lezotte and Monica Lezotte (Golas); and his son James Lezotte. He is survived by: his wife Linda Pulter; his daughter Cherie Lezotte-Dillon (James); and his grandchildren, Ashley Dillon and Cody Dillon.
