She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Sweetland (Ball) and Albert Sweetland; her former husband D. David O'Sullivan; and her son Brian. She is survived by: her husband Joe; her son D. Patrick O'Sullivan (Rocky) of Shallotte; her daughter-in-law Carrie; her grandchildren, Kelly and Caitlin; her granddaughter-in-law Lottie; and her great grandchildren, Clementine, Felicity and Marigold.
