He is survived by: his wife Debby; his children, Jeremy (Malinda) and Kimberly (Wes); his grandchildren, Eric, Nicholas, Ryan, Kaitlyn and Nathan; and his brothers, Jim (Carol) of Wisconsin and Jeff of Missouri. He is also survived by several brother/sister in-laws and several nieces and nephews.
