He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cornell and Irene Cornell Sr. (Hayward); and his wife Betty Ann Cornell. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Verbouw (Lee) of Romeo, Carl Cornell of Washington Twp and Craig Cornell of Romeo; his grandchildren, Amanda Barnes (Sean) of Hendersonville, TN, Shaina Wright (Donnie) of Plymouth and Caleb Verbouw of Romeo; his great grandchildren, Landon Barnes and Ella Barnes of Hendersonville, TN.; and his siblings, Richard Cornell (Lynne) of Kimball and Karen Smith of Sandusky. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
