He was predeceased by: his father Chew Tam Chee; and his brother Choy Kuan Fouk. He is survived by: his mother Wong Sai Kam; his sibling's children, Juliet Ren, Calvin Cai and Steven Yang; his friend Robert Rogers; and his close friend Michelle Ren.
