He is survived by: his parents, Frank Payne and Loretta Payne (Cotter) of Bruce Township; his close friend Rachel Thompson; his sons, Keegan, Nolan, Jaxon and Landon; and his siblings, Jill Ward (Caleb) and Derek Payne of Dryden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
