She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Ockletree and Nollie Mae Ockletree; her daughter Jeanette Thomas; her sisters, Alberta Campbell, Virginia Williams and Catherine Ockletree; and her great-grandparent Jesse Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Nina Williams of Palestine, Texas.; her grandsons, Derrick E. Anderson (Carla) of Mansfield, Travis Thomas of Naperville, Lamont Thomas of Naperville and Benjamin G. Williams of Palestine, Texas.; her great grandchildren, Nian Tillman, Derrick Anderson II, Darrius Anderson, Eva Thomas and Benjamin Williams; her great great grandchild Nyla D. Tillman; Benjamin G. Williams. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
