She was predeceased by: her parents, Ioan Bot and Ana Bot; her husband Victor Chis; and her siblings, Aurel Bot, Maria Lacatos, Viorica Iovescu and Teodor Bot.

She is survived by: her children, Ioan (Dorina), Valerica Petri (Cornel), Daniel (Elisabeth), Pronobuis (Lonna), Lidia Vegh (Attila) and Marius (Tedeora); her grandchildren, Otniel (Stephanie), Ruth, Miriam Ghiurau (Raul), Bianca Polocoser (Marcel), Adriana Petri, Daniel (Penina), Beatrice Bucsa (George), Jully (Jonny), Gabriel, Ramona, Sidney (Jonathan), Hannah, Katelyn, Christina, Abigail and Gabriella; her great grandchildren, Noelle, Joshua, Hayley, Jayne, Emma, Eunice, Eva, Ezekiel, Ethan, Adessa, Savannah, Victoria, Celine, Isaiah, Leah, Noah and Issac; and her siblings, Ioan Bot and Elena Pociovalisteanu.
