He was predeceased by: his parents, Armon Cote and Mable Cote; his wife Dorothy Oskarek; and his siblings, Dale Cote, Raymond Cote and Denise Karafa.
He is survived by: his children, Tammie Oskarek, Richie Cote (late Dawn), Francis Cote (late Kellie) and Penny Hensley; his grandchildren, Codie Grover, Tabitha Wininger, Danielle Cote, Shane Cote, Nicole Bardwel, Hailey Cote, Clinton Holt, Travis Blankenship, Justin and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Kaeley, Paetyn, Ryker, Seamus, Alaina, Olivia, Everly and Isaac.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Taylor Chapel of Voran Funeral Home (23750 Goddard Rd, Taylor, MI 48180). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Voran Funeral Home - Taylor (23750 Goddard Rd, Taylor, MI 48180).
