She was predeceased by : her mother Marjorie Swayze; and her sister Sandy Goormastic. She is survived by : her husband Timothy Phillips; her children, Todd Phillips, Nichole Elliott (John), Kelly Phillips and Michael Phillips; her grandchildren, Lexy, Lincoln, Jackson, MicKinley, Cory, Chad, Christopher, Breanna and Jenna; and her brothers, Ronald Howe (Carol) and Walter Howe.
