She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sylvester Howard and Clara Bessie Howard (Hartford); and her siblings, David Wood and Emily Wood. She is survived by: her children, Christina Marie Stewart of Wyandotte, Carla Vernier (Samantha) of Napolean, Edward Joseph "Joe" Vernier II (Barbara) of Wisconsin Dells and Stephanie Michelle Vernier of Romulus; her brother Milton Wood (Pam) of Chelsea; and her grandsons, Jason Vernier, Connor Vernier, Noah Vernier, Caleb Vernier, Eli Vernier, Edward Vernier III and Lucas Vernier. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, to support Theresa's love for animals, memorial donations or gifts are suggested to the Romulus Animal Shelter.
