It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arla Jean Bullard of Roscommon, Michigan, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 29, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Taylor and Gertrude Taylor (Mahhon); and her son Rick Bullard. She is survived by: her husband Kaye Bullard; her children, Laurie Welsh (David) of Clarkston, Jackie Graham of Roscommon, Michigan and Larry Bullard (Sharon) of Roscommon, Michigan; her grandchildren, Ryan Welsh (Danielle), Katherine Welsh, Trevor Welsh (Nikki), Erica Moore (Mike Kelley), Sara Moore (Chris Liskey) and Luke Graham (Echo Odorico); her great grandchildren, Abbi, Teagan, Ben, Rowan and Cameron; her brother-in-law Terry Bullard; and her nieces, Cheryl and Charlene. She is also survived by friends and neighbors.
If so desired, the family prefers memorial contributions be made in Arla's name to the Roscommon County Animal Shelter.
