She was predeceased by : her parents, Arlington Stover and Lena Stover (Dunbar); her former life partner Ralph Weaver; her son Jeff Phillips; her siblings, Arlie, Chester Stover and Leah Jewel White; and her brother-in-law Robert Jarrell.

She is survived by : her husband Bruce Phillips; her children, Floyd Weaver (Tina), Robert Phillips (Stacey) and Stacie Phillips; her grandchildren, Kris Weaver, Eric Weaver (Sara), Amanda Munsell (Matt), Max, Kaitlin Fellows and Sarah Newton (Scott); her granddaughter-in-law Suzanne Weaver; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Austin, Riley, Kyle, Eric, Melissa and Elnor; her sister Martha Jarrell; and her sisters-in-law, June Rodgers and Margaret Andrews. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family prefers memorial contributions be made in Name's name to Munson Home Health Hospice.
