She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman Oosterhof and Cora Oosterhof (Paul); her husband Tom; her children, Dawn (Sean) and Chris (Tonya); and her brothers, Jim (Mary) and Dan (Janice).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Connie's name to The Friends of the Roscommon Area District Library, or the ALS of Michigan, Inc.
