He was predeceased by: his mother Marjorie Wagster (Williams); and his brothers, Walt and Roy. He is survived by: his father Charles Wagster; his wife Sharon Vickery; his son Mickiel of California; and his stepchildren, Todd Myers of North Carolina and Terri Floyd (Jeff) of Michigan. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
If so desired, the family prefers memorial contributions be made in Joe's name to the VFW Post 4034 Houghton Lake.
