Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved MaryLu Maroney of Roscommon, Michigan, born in Traverse City, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 79, on February 20, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Geiger and Viola Geiger (Taylor); her husband George Thomas Maroney; and her brother Edward Geiger. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Maroney of Scottsdale, Michelle Maroney of Grand Rapids, Jeffrey Maroney (Kammy) of West Branch, Michigan and Yolanda Treece of California; and her sister-in-law Mary Geiger of Traverse City. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren; her twenty great-grandchildren.

The family prefers memorial contributions to be made in MaryLu's name to the Roscommon County Commission on Aging, 1015 Short Drive, Suite A, Prudenville, Michigan 48651.
