Reatha M. LaFave Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on June 28, 2025, at the age of 90, Reatha M. LaFave of Roscommon, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence A. Geyman and Erma M. Albain; her daughter Nancy Walker (Lee); and her siblings, Jean Kraut (Ben) and John "Bud" Geyman.
She is survived by: her husband Earl R. LaFave; her children, Lauri Saunders (Tom) of Stanwood, Michigan, David LaFave (Julie) of Armada and Robert LaFave (Darlin) of Boyne City; her grandchildren, Tonya Walker, Jonathon LaFave, Nicholas Lorenz (Jennifer), Timothy Lorenz (Lorna), Julieanna Sherrod (Maryann), Kori Saunders, Keli Saunders, Alex Saunders, Chelsea Saunders, Liam LaFave, Taylor Thompson and Nicholas Dodge; her great grandchildren, Iain, Issac, Zyla, Coral, Violet, Michaela, Emma, Riley, Charlotte, Emilia, Logan, Eli, Everett and Esther; her great great grandchild Sylvia; and her siblings, Linda Breight (Reed) of Manchester, Michigan and Larry Geyman (Bin-Dee) of Williams, Arizona. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
If so desired, the family prefers memorial contributions be made in Reatha's name to The Charlevoix Humane Society.
