He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Qualls and Livonia Qualls (Simmons); his wife Rebecca; and his brother Von Qualls. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly; his grandchildren, Meghan Zaderej (Misha), Kyle Kowalsky (Abigail), Cody Thompson (Elise), Sarah Thompson, Jett Robert Thompson, Jaecc Thompson, Rebecca Johnson (Patrick), Eric Robert Stapula (Hannah), Philip Alquist (Kimberly Cerone) and Alyssa Alquist (Zack); his great grandchildren, Clyde Robert, Adelaide, Noah and Eli; and his brother Dean Qualls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
