He is survived by: his wife Judy; and his siblings, Daniel Higbee (Charla), Timothy Higbee (Kathy Zvanovec), Jon Higbee (Maribeth), Nancy Perkins (Donny) and Susan Londos (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
