She is survived by: her sons, Frederick Fay, II (Barbara), Steven Fay (Maureen) and Jeffrey Fay (Beth); her grandchildren, Kathryn Niemchick (Justin), Erin Lehman (Justin), Amanda Fata (Justin), Molly Higbie (Caleb) and Kristopher Kellogg (Hannah Neahr); and her great grandchildren, Jake, Lucas, Jaycie, Cecilia, Layla, Josie and Enzo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Compassus Hospice in memory of Shirley Fay.
