He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Slykerman and Madeline Slykerman (Kolling); his brothers, Lawrence and James Slykerman; and his nephews, John Eckhold, III and Scott Trotter.
He is survived by: his siblings, Margaret Eckhold (John) of Charlevoix, Gail Manthey (Dennis) of Trenton, Michigan and Francis Bruce Slykerman (Barb) of Grosse Ile, Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Thomas' name to St. Michael's Catholic Church or to Heartland Hospice.
