He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold W. Smith and Catherine "Marie" Smith (Battle); his son Jeffery Allen Smith; and his sister Donna Bower. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Smith Jr. (Jodi) and Lori Jo Foess (Allen Wilson); and his sister Karen Lilly (Harrison). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nephews and a niece.
