He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Arnold (Bettinger); his children, William Richard Arnold Jr. and Patricia Ann Arnold; his granddaughters, Jessica Leigh Arnold and Lisa Renée Arnold; and his sister Sharon Kay Sloan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
