She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Prout and Vena Prout (Hafer); her husband Jack Fitzpatrick of Henry's Rectory; her siblings, Aaron Prout (Alice), Ray Prout (Donna), Leona White (Joe), Ruth Clark (Kenneth), Carl Prout and William Prout; her parents-in-law, James and Marguerite Fitzpatrick; her sisters, Sal Haggart (Myron) and Marilyn McDonald (James); her grandson Billy Leineke Jr.; and her grandson-in-law Don Soules.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Fitzpatrick (Janet), Joyce Schafer (Randy), Jackie Howard (Rick), Janet Leineke (Bill) and Joel Fitzpatrick (LouAnn); her grandchildren, Jay Render (Kris), Tara Soules, Chad Schafer (Jodi), Nicole Garrett (Shawn), Tyler Howard (Jamie), Brian Schafer (Kate), Casey Fitzpatrick, Heather Wezensky (Jesse), Jessica Courtright (Justin), Meagan Taulbee (Dave Maday) and Elliot Fitzpatrick (Hannah); and her great grandchildren, Sydney, Ella, Ashlyn, Emery, Zade, Quin, Jaxx, Fitzgerald, Finnegan, Josslyn, Magnus, Emilee, Grant, Sloane, Jack and Roslyn.
