He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cunningham and Margie Cunningham; his brother Robert Cunningham; and his nephew Erik Roberts. He is survived by: his siblings, Susan Roberts (late Jerry), David Cunningham (Joy), Barbara Cliff (Chuck) and Dorothy Cunningham. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
