He was predeceased by : his parents, Billy Pendergraft and Clois Pendergraft (Cook); and his sister Deana Cordry. He is survived by : his partner Kelly McCarthy; his family, John Clark (Cheryl), Liz McCarthy (Ron) and Patrick McCarthy; his sisters, Darla Kreiner and Denise Gulla; his brother-in-law Ken Cordry; and his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Brandon, Adam, Cassandra, Brian, Kenny and Christina.
