She is survived by: her husband Dennis Mack; her daughter Erica Alemdar (James Collins); her stepchildren, Alice Mack and Stephen Mack; her grandchildren, Charlie Mack, Dennis Mack, Rory Alemdar, Augie Collins and Calvin Collins; her siblings, Ralph Girkins, Chipper Girkins, Tony Ruth and Sarah Ruth; and her stepsiblings, Jackie Ruth, Gari Ruth, David Ruth and Mark Ruth.

In Jennifer's memory donations may be made to St. Jude's, Shriners Children, or any charity that supports those in need, as Jennifer would give to any that ever asked.
