She is survived by: her husband Neal; her daughters, Katina Moore (Philip) and Heather Lang (Jay); her grandchildren, Samantha Kment (Christopher), James (Lisa), Raymond, Cody, Jacob and Ryan; her great grandchildren, Isabella and Axel; and her siblings, Pamela Fields (David), Ricky Mays (Shelby), Sandra Johnson (Joseph), Teresa Blankenship (Russell) and Roland Williams Mays.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
