He was predeceased by: his wife Rita; and his parents, Joseph Weaver and Harriet Weaver of Harbor Springs, Michigan.. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Collick, Lee Collick (Sarah) and Julianna Weaver (Andy); his grandchildren, Veronica, Levi, Austin and Ava; his sisters, Susan Schoenfeld, Patricia Weaver Francisco and Julie Weaver; his close friend Pete Anderson (Lisa); his nephews, Andre Francisco (Cassandra) and Jesse LaVercombe; his great-niece Harriet; his parents-in-law, Joan, John Sunne, Mary Evans, Phil DeGabriel and Nancy White; and his children, Tiger Stadium, Legos, Bruce Springsteen and Arlo.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Wayne State University's Hilberry Gateway Theatre, where Bruce and Rita held season tickets for more than 30 years.
