She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Carter and Ella Carter Jr. (Barbour); and her husband Edward A. Proctor Jr.. She is survived by: her sisters, Margaret Krygier and Elizabeth Dunne; her stepsiblings, Ginna Ondricek and Julia Batchev; and her children, Mollie Proctor, Linda Stewart (Bill), Jim Proctor (Annemarie), Vasu and Rodgers. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
