He is survived by: his daughter Beth Anne Moon; his grandson Jonathan R. Moon (Melisssa C. Byars); his sister-in-law Jane Scolnick; and his nieces and nephews, Cheryl, Leslie, Tom, Rebekah, David, Deborah, Allison, Catherine, Sarah, Jennifer, Julia, Judi, Janine, Lew, Kathy and Kimberly.
