He is survived by: his wife Pamela of Valentine's Day; his daughters, Kathleen Oxholm (Carlos) and Sarah Kerr (John Kraynek); his grandchildren, Christian (Fae), Charles, Madeline, Samantha, Chloe, Noah and Claire; and his daughter Katie. He is also survived by his grandchildren; his extended family; and the many friends.
