He was predeceased by: his parents, Zoel Raymond and Mary Helen Forgue. He is survived by: his children, David (Andrea), Tara (Phil), Jeff (Jaclyn), Christa (Jae), Kevin (Brittney), Crystal, Jason (Cortney) and Courtney; his grandchildren, Karson Raymond, Olivia, Sam, Alexandra, James, Dominic, Madolyn, Elijah, Gianna, Alyssa, Andrew, Reagan, Jackson, Easton and Colt; and his brothers, Bob (Nancy), Gary (Sharon) and Joe (Marcia).
