He is survived by: his wife Susan Minch of Royal Oak, MI; his children, Marcia Franks (Royal Oak) and Kevin Minch of Kirksville, MO; his grandchildren, Kyle Franks and Neil Franks (Royal Oak); and his brother Fred Minch of St. Clair Shores, MI. He is also survived by three nieces and nephews.
