He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Scheid and Jean Scheid; his wife Mary Lou; and his siblings, Linda Scheid, Thomas Scheid and Denise Fuller.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Scheid, Joseph Scheid, Erica Bayliss (Jason) and Andrew Scheid (Christen); and his siblings, Philip Scheid (Kathleen), Robert Scheid (Kathleen), Jon Scheid and Therese Miller (George). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and god-children.
