Dragica Brkljacic Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dragica Brkljacic (Royal Oak, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2026 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nikola Špoljarić and Marta Špoljarić; her sibling Later; and her husband Ivica Brkljačić (Ivan). She is survived by: her daughters, Matilda Benda (late George) and Mira Mataija (Milan); her granddaughters, Tina Bennett (Wyndham), Tanja Mataija (late Marcos Figueroa) and Andrea LaFerle (Nathan); and her great grandchildren, Marko, Maia Figueroa and William LaFerle. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Lucy Croatian Catholic Church.
