He is survived by: his parents, Gregg and Vicki; his siblings, Greg Bockart (Stephanie), Emily Barkin (Jeff) and Sam Hope (Scott); and his siblings' children, Jackson Barkin, Levi Hope, Alexandra Bockart, Vivienne Bockart and Madi Kooienga.
