Gaspar Marranca Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2025, at the age of 92, Gaspar Marranca (Royal Oak, Michigan), born in Hamilton, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Tosh; and his sisters, Mary Newell, Ann Stefan and Patricia Condello. He is survived by: his children, Kimberley Lizette Hramiec and Derek G. Marranca (Dana); his grandchildren, William Marranca Digiorgio (Zeinab), Maddalena Marranca Hramiec, Benjamin Marranca, Molly Marranca and Jamie Marranca; and his sons, Vasu and Rodgers.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel) (32515 Woodward Ave, Royal Oak, MI 48073). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (600 Spring Gardens Rd, Burlington, ON L7T1J1).
Family suggests flowers or memorial donations to Alzheimer's Association or Hospice of Michigan.
