It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Georgia Beers of Royal Oak, Michigan, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Richard and Alta Bryant (Whetsell) of Amity, MO.; her husband James E. Beers; her daughter-in-law Barbara L. Beers (Curtis); her grandsons, Paul A. Ray and Richard Allen; her brother George Thomas Bryant; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Bryant and William Irwin (George Rice).
She is survived by : her children, Georgia Connell (John), James Richard Beers, Rita Ray (Gary) and Deborah Newton (Phillip); and her siblings, Esther Rice, Alma Irwin, Sharon Paden (Wallace), Lonnie Bryant (Janice), Connie Collins (Herman) and Ellen Lewis (Robert). She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 24 Great-grandchildren, 2 Great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to Ferndale Christian Church, 3201 Hilton Rd, Ferndale, MI 48220.
