He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Zamojcin and Florence Zamojcin; his son Jack Zamojcin (Sarah); and his sisters, Carole Mead and Beverly Zamojcin.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Moore; his children, Jill Zamojcin and Jason Zamojcin (Carey); his grandchildren, Javen, Jacob, Leo, Andie and Lucy; and his nephew Darrin Mead (Dana).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Fund.
