She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Walo and Vivian Walo; her siblings, Shirley Barbus (Robert) and George Walo; and her friend Kathy Schildknecht.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Mercer; her son Scott Mercer (Colleen); her grandchild Cameron Mercer; and her friend Rose Wright.
