With sadness, we share the passing of Joanne Alexander of Royal Oak, Michigan. Joanne, born on October 4, 1937, passed away on September 27, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Papuga and Mary Ann Papuga; her husband Richard Alexander; and her sons, Jeffrey Alexander (Teri) and David Alexander (Michelle).
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Lampman (late Terry); her grandchildren, Tyler Lampman, Natalie Guzman (Laura), Lindsay Alexander and Emily Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Sully Guzman and Remy Guzman.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 9:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Guardian Angels Catholic Church (581 E 14 Mile Rd, Clawson, MI 48017).
