He is survived by: his sibling Claude; his wife Nancy; his family, Daniel and Marnie; his children, Dan Phillips Rhen (Michelle Rhen) and Marnie Rhen Oakley (Christopher Oakley); and his grandchildren, Alison, Adam (Andrew), Jacob and Jackson (Daniel).
