It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juline Opal Culpepper of Royal Oak, Michigan, born in Cookeville, Tennessee, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vanis Casto Lee and Rose L. Stallings Lee (Stallings); and her brother Charles Doc Stallings. She is survived by: her children, John Culpepper (Luane), Gary Culpepper (Tammy) and Carol Haremski (Mike); her grandchildren, Mary Claire Kerns (Austin), Davis Culpepper (Sarah), Caroline Culpepper, Wesley Culpepper, Katie Haremski and Steven Haremski; her aunts, Sarah Avo West and Lucy Ila Gentry; and her husband Paul E. Culpepper. She is also survived by her mother, relatives, friends, children, and grandchildren.
