He is survived by: his sister Lori Fay (James); his brother-in-law Bruce Rosenthal (Cathy); his friends, Dale and Cheryl Brunette; his nieces and nephews, Shelby Ambs (Michael), James Rosenthal, Craig Rosenthal (Brooke), Kyle Fay (Crystal), Amanda Brunette and Kelsey Brunette Fiedler (Carsten); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natalee Fay, Liam Fay, Isabelle Fay, Abby Grace Ambs, Miriam Fiedler, Corbin Franklin, Ella Franklin and Brie Rosenthal; and his pet Dallas.
